Geralynn is a dynamic, results-driven leader with 25+ years of global experience in corporate and management consulting. She specializes in enterprise strategy, transformation, and operations, helping organizations unlock growth, navigate complexity, and deliver lasting impact.

With a proven track record across private industry, government, higher education, and non-profit sectors, Geralynn has led high-stakes initiatives that drive measurable results through strategic insight, analytical rigor, and hands-on leadership. She has provided strategic advisory support with some top private and organizations and institutions, including PwC, Booz Allen Hamilton, Marriott International, The World Bank Group, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and most recently American University, as Executive Director of Strategy & Program Management in the President’s Office, where she scoped and delivered over 40 complex strategic initiatives.

Her expertise spans strategic planning, enterprise transformation, operating model design, portfolio and program management, change management, process optimization, financial and operational analysis, market and competitor intelligence, product development, and risk management. She also brings international experience in public-private partnerships across Latin America, Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, and Russia.

Geralynn holds a Post-Masters Certificate in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from American University, and a BA in Political Science and Spanish. She is PMP-certified, fluent in Spanish, and serves on the Vation Ventures Innovation Advisory Council, offering insight at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and leadership.
